I made my appointment almost a month ago. Never have been here, it was recommended. I scheduled with Brent, which adjusted my time before my appoint...ment. Today, the day of my first appointment with Brent, he sent me a text in the morning advising me that something came up and he had to cancel my appointment. No mention of trying to reschedule, just a flat cancel and tuff luck. For me, this will not be my new spot. Don’t know anything about Brent’s haircuts but his lack customer service is all I need to know to find a different spot. Show more
