The barber sent me an address that didn’t match the address on Booksy. When I questioned the location being in Stonecrest and not in Decatur then aske...d to be refunded for my 8am appointment, she didn’t respond until 11:36am, but I didn’t get my refund until I wrote this review. I don’t appreciate the poor communication and customer service experience then a request to remove my review when that was my honest experience. I never want to tear down someone’s business but I also want reasonable level of respect as a paying customer especially when I’m intentional seeking to support our people.
