I initially tried to book appointment via the text i was told by her she wont accept anything via text and everything should be via the app. So after ...i scheduled the appointment via app and paid through the app she apparently was not happy why was i paying via app and force me to pay via zelle. Maam if you told me to do and book everything via app then why change your stance in the first place. I had booked the time slots multiple times where there was no clients and all she did was decline repeatedly and if you didnt wanted me to book via app or me being seen just send me clear communications but lying consistently or keep me waiting 2 weeks longer is not best experience if especially if someone is only looking to spend their precious time in a week where you add more stress to them. Why do you treat people like garbage and then expect them to be nice?. It became nightmare experience for someone giving this place business rather then appreciating you find reasons to mock them repeatedly. Even when i came last time just at the start i could feel she did not had a welcoming attitude and having a forced straight face so i immediately fell to leave but i still gave business benefit of the doubt but to no avail after i declined to pay via zelle she blocks me. Just note: nobody walked in without appointments so that is pretty much false like rest of the details mentioned. Particularly if client has different working hours and was expecting a morning session he would only msg during his available hours and the other person should be able to respond when they get to it. Another thing to note the messages were only after booking sessions via app which was false from time to time as she did made lot of errors for leaving slot opens but she herself admitted she was away and not working those hours. This is a first what i hear to recommend people in 2 or 3 weeks what she proclaims. A person has their right to change or keep or seen as many times a week as they wish if thats not your cup of tea then dont recommend what they should be doing or they shouldnt. If what she claims are true why did she again booked the visit again and she mentioned herself that billing is via app then she herself is lying here to force people to pay her via zelle. So many inconsistencies are what you can expect. I never wanted to write a review you could have said someone its not my cup of tea but taking business from them and mocking them is uncalled for

I'm sorry that you found our policies on behavior, as well as the usage of the Booksy app to be burdensome or inconvenient. We have those for a reason. We use the Booksy app as a central location for scheduling. It can also be used for billing. It also assures that there is some recompense for when a client either cancels at the last minute or fails to show up altogether, an issue that plagues this industry. Our policy on behavior and appropriateness exists for a reason. The safety, security, and comfort of the client, as well as the provider, is paramount, particularly in a field such as this. Repeatedly showing up without an appointment is an example. As stated, we do not provide walk-in sessions. Repeatedly sending a barrage of text messages in the middle of the night is another. I have always recommended people not receive more than one massage per week. Trying to book 2 to 3 sessions per week and specifically requesting prolonged work be performed on areas that are not appropriate, is definitely a major issue. Continuing to press the subject well beyond attempts to correct the behavior is even more problematic. It is because of these numerous issues, and more, that I terminated our working relationship.
