My barber was booked 2 weeks out. Needed a cut asap for holidays. Luckily Kai had openings in the afternoon for me. First time with him, and first tim...e at Imperial. First and foremost Kai is an excellent barber. 5 years of experience cutting. I came in and asked for textured crop cut with a high fade and he was able to nail it. Took his time and was very professional. Atmosphere of Imperial is not bad. Smaller than i thought. Other barbers seem nice. Little side talks. Overall good experience with Kai. Definitely one of my go to barbers! Show more

Brought my 3yr old in for his first cut/line up & my son is not always the most cooperative. After being late from construction & running on toddler t...ime, he still was willing to work with us. My little dude was wiggly, fussy, & well... 3! Only able to finish the back (the poor man had to stay on track with his clients!), Kai was more than willing to have us back at the end of his day to finish & line up the front after my son had calmed down & got his feel for the place. Kai was a literal SAINT both times with my little dude! He was kind, patient, understanding, & delivered a quality cut for little man. My little man can't stop looking at himself in the mirror now ☺️ I hope you all go give him a shot for your next cut (young or old). He was willing to put up with us & we will be back to him!
