      My time is Precious. It's not acceptable fo my time to be wasted, taken away from other clients, my family or mysel and things I would like to do. I'm very strict with this policy. I come in thinking a style comes with a retwist since a pic of a girl with two strand twist is with the loc retwist option and there is no style selec...tion on her booksy. So I’m thinking i just have to ask for a style during the retwist. She says she doesn’t have time and i get it but then come to find out a style is 63 dollars?? Like why didn’t i see that option. So I just leave, then of course i can’t get my deposit back which was 60 bucks lmao.

The client assumed the style was included. That is his assumption. He booked a retwist ONLY. I was there to give what he asked for. I had several clients for the day and did not have time to do additional work that was NEVER booked. The client then said he didn't want any service. I did tell client he is refusing service and would lose his deposit...He didn't care. As per his own words he "thought". The rating was not based on the service but on himself.
