Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on ME. 🤡 This was my second visit to this salon, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issue as I... did about a year. I paid for box braids, but the ends were finished with twists something I did not request and have never received with box braids. The style was also visibly inconsistent, suggesting uneven techniques or skill levels with the braiders.

To all clients. We're African braiders and over the years we have used this technique on all clients to secure the braids/avoid unraveling. A little twist before dipping. Now... All clients are free to speak up about this detail or any of the kind if they don't like it "during the process" PLEASE SPEAK UP BEFORE LEAVING,so we fix it, especially "this small"... than leaving upset, yet you didn't show any signs of not liking it. When you leave smiling, we assume you're ok. We don't read minds. But we're always willing to fix imperfections. We're not perfect but we always aim at it.
