Absolutely loved this experience — will definitely be back! I brought my two daughters in and we couldn’t have asked for a better visit. They got us ...in quickly without a long wait, which as a busy mom I truly appreciate. The energy in the salon was calm, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in — exactly the kind of vibe you want when you’re bringing your kids along. The work was stunning and high quality, and I was impressed by how efficiently everything was done without ever feeling rushed. All three of us left with beautiful braids and big smiles. The salon space itself is clean, professional, and thoughtfully put together — you can tell they take pride in their craft and their environment. This is exactly the kind of gem you want to find and keep to yourself, but it’s too good not to share! We are already looking forward to booking our next appointment. Highly recommend to any mama looking for a reliable, talented, and welcoming braiding salon! 🙌🏽✨

This review is not about the stylist who did my hair but more so the unprofessionalism of the owner. This is my 3rd time coming to Angie’s and this ex...perience was not a good one. Having one stylist tag team two clients is unacceptable and not fair to both clients and the stylist. Especially if I booked for a specific stylist, if one was not gonna be available I should have been notified of the change and to see if I was even ok with that. I booked for semedium box braids and I did not get that. I got medium to large and I feel it was done like that because she was switching between two clients and was not able to give 100% and she was rushing to get us done. Like I stated this is not a dig at the stylist but to the owner for not informing both the stylist and the client of the change. Does my hair look good? Absolutely yes! But it’s not the style that I booked and paid for.

My sincere apologies for what went wrong. Please excuse my "healing journey" that caused me to not come in today as previously planned. Didn't want to cancel your appointment so i delegated. We're sorry. To ALL: We introduced "tag team" in effort to accommodate more people, as we build a better team of stylists that can start. Angie is very fast and can handle the tag team well. She just had to be away today, because she is still healing from everything that just happened. Some days are hard. We promise to do better, as we build the team. God's blessings
