Very disappointed about his service first time he left my son waiting for an hour after my son got there on time to his appointment! Then today 9/17 ...my son had an appointment at 10 am we showed up and no one was there we waited and knocked on his door and no one answered there is no number to call no way to message him to let him know we’re there this is ridiculous my son had missed an hour at school to attend the appointment and it’s bad how he don’t respect appointments and customers time! Sorry for the inconvenience I didn’t see the appointment on my app, but same thing has happened with you guys the last 2-3 times you have been booking no one has showed up. Also my number is on the booking app everyone is able to contact me through there and no one has had a problem looking for the number, once again My apologies, Sorry it happened but it happens both ways. I would like to offer your son the next 5 haircuts for free from my end for the inconvenience.
