You left here very happy, yet you later posted this negative review. You showed me a photo, and I performed the work exactly as it appeared in that photo—and it was not a bad job. When I reached out to ask why you left a negative review, you claimed that I had cut your hair in a way that wasn't suitable for braids; however, you never once mentioned that you intended to get braids. If you were planning on getting braids, that would have required a completely different haircut than the one you requested—something you never communicated to me. Nevertheless, thank you for providing the only negative feedback I have received in my entire career.
