This was my first experience with Aldeen and she did not disappoint she exceeded my expectations. She was prompt! Kind and professional! She is ver...y easy to contact and accommodating with my schedule. Aldeen is very passionate about taking care of your hair and sharing her knowledge providing you with excellent customer service. I booked her take my Knotless braids out the day before and she used name brand products and treated my natural hair leaving it soft and moisturized for my Senegalese twist the next morning. When I arrived the next day she was on time and had everything ready to go as promised. I loved how my Senegalese are so light, they aren’t tight and the products she used to twist my hair. I have been going to Aldeen for braiding my hair a little over three years. I wish I had know about her before because she has been the best braider I... have ever used. My first visit with Aldeen proved to be an experience I hope to have every-time I get my hair braided. Aldeen was gentle with every strand of hair she touched. She ensured that all ends were tucked in and, what stood out the most to me was how she handled my edges. She did not “snatch my edges to the gaaawd”. She took the time to brush out the fine hairs and not pull the into the braid where they could be pulled out. That was what made me say she’s a keeper, Bc she cared about the health of my hair. Aldeen’s skills as a braider is unmatched. I have only done twists with her and I have kept them in for at least three months and the only part that looks old are the roots. The actual twists themselves are solid they do not move and I wash my braids regularly. Her twist technique is on point. Aldeen is very professional, she gauges her time well and is usually within an 30mins of the time she says she will be done. She is also very good about fixing anything that needs to be fixed (like in an off case if a braid come loose in the back). Overall I am happy with Aldeen, I have gone back to her several times for twists and even though she has moved to ATL, I will fly out just to have her braid my hair Show more

Aldeen is the only person I trust to twist my hair! So sad she moved to GA but I will definitely make the trip or catch her when she comes to FL. Alde...en is professional and knows her stuff. Aldeen's twist techniques are unique. The first time she did my hair was 2003, I haven't been able to find anyone to emulate her work. Her twists are... light in weight, micro in size and not tight. I love her work I was willing to travel to Miami, FL from Atlanta for her services. Once I learned she relocated to Stockbridge I immediately contacted her for an appointment. Show more

I was going to fly down to Miami to have my hair done but when I found out she had moved to GA and not far from me there was no doubt that I had to ha...ve her do my twist! Ms. Aldeen is the best! She’s gentle. I know this because I get a good nap in while she’s doing my hair, that’s just how gentle she is! She’s a licens...e cosmetologist so she also cares about the overall health of your hair! I live in Gainesville, Fl and I have traveled to Miami to be serviced by her. After moving to the Atlanta area from South Florida, I was faced with the challenge of finding someone new to install rope twists in my hair. After ta...king a chance on one person, I was sadly disappointed in the quality of her work (uneven length, unraveling twists, and twists falling out). As I was getting ready to reach out to Aldeen and book an appointment in Florida, I was beyond elated when I learned that she had relocated to the Atlanta area as well. Aldeen’s work is top notch! I’ll use the phrase “growing hands” because that is what I believe she has. It is hard to find a braider who has quality work AND is into hair care. As long as she’s braiding, I’ll be booking appointments to sit in her chair so that her hands can continue to bless my hair. Show more
