Hey Delali, Just to be clear, you only paid for the deposit to secure your appointment time slot. This deposit fee is required and nonrefundable, per my website and policies. I’m sorry the original appointment did not work for you. We had discussed your next steps and I sent you referrals. I can send you the bank statements to show you that you were only charged once for only the deposit fee. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Hope this clears up and confusion.
