Omg where do i start….Appointments apparently available for a manicure every 15 min on Booksy and she didn’t close the one before me, so was like i wa...s a walk in. After waiting 12 min with no sign of her finishing as she said she was, with some crazy music blaring the whole time and manicurist (or maybe her current client) singing to it at times, with someone who identified herself as “just a client” manning the desk as people walked in… i just couldn’t sit in such an unprofessional atmosphere another minute and left.
