First time client…take my word for it. First I would like to applaud her professionalism. Her demeanor demonstrated how well educated she was throug...hout my silk press appointment. She gave me tips and recommendations on products I should use to hydrate my curls, but always reminded me that I should do research on the product before testing it out - this is an example of expertism. Usually i’m in the shop for a press for 3 hours but we finished in 1hr 30, and this is the SLICKEST my hair has ever been. I can’t express how much I appreciate her. Her personality made me feel welcomed and comfortable in her presence and I will be returning. Show more
