I had a disappointing experience with this establishment. I made an appointment with Melvin for Friday at 12:30 PM, scheduling it on Tuesday to ensure... it fit into my busy day. On Thursday evening, I received a text requesting to reschedule (this would have been the second time). I kindly declined, explaining that my schedule wouldn’t allow for it, and Melvin confirmed the original time. I arrived on time, but to my surprise, Melvin wasn’t there. After waiting for five minutes, I was informed he would be arriving in 15–20 minutes. The lack of professionalism and time management was shocking. As I was walking out, another barber offered to assist, and I agreed. Melvin eventually arrived 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and ignored the fact that I had been waiting. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as the establishment clearly lacks respect for its appointments and clients’ time. Show more
