The email clearly explained that more detailed specialty cuts—like the one requested—require a longer appointment time and are priced accordingly. Unfortunately, your appointment was booked as a traditional haircut, not the detailed service required, which is why the timing and cost differed from what you expected. I discussed this with you before the service began to make sure everything was clear. My goal is always to provide the best possible work, and that starts with honest, upfront communication—which I consistently provide. Regarding the comments on your son’s movement: safety and precision are non-negotiable in my chair, especially when working near sensitive areas with sharp tools. Any mention of movement was made in that context only, never as a personal judgment. I welcome all clients and strive to create a respectful, inclusive space.
