1) I have been to your business twice, and both times you, the owner, have either shown up late or haven't shown up at all. And every time I arrived, ...the whole parking lot smelled like weed 2) The barber who stepped in the first time when you were late pushed my hairline back and cut all of my waves out of my head. And when I let him know, he wanted to kind of go back and forth with me. And I still paid him his full price. 3) Today, when I came, Blaze cut my hair in your absence, and I specifically told the brother that I wanted a bald fade. The military look. And to not push my hairline back and cut it down to a 1 1/2. Although he didn't push me back or cut the top too low he didn't give me a bald fade like asked and I wanted a clean shaven face, the brother left patches in my mustache. Lastly, it took him an hour and 20 minutes to finish the cut because he was trying to hold a conversation and not focusing on the task at hand. I am a professional who pays attention to detail and very organized. These brothers are getting high and are not focused. Another guy in the shop had a hangover in the shop throwing up in the trash can. The over look is bad and the standard of professionalism is poor. I paid full price for both cuts and left extremely unhappy. I gave your business a second chance and you all dropped the ball both times. So I will not be coming back, but I hope you all make some changes or you won't be in business long if this continues to happen to customers.

Don't blink -- you'll miss the shop on North Lake Ave. But Dwight has been my barber for 25 years, and that's no accident. Throw back to the days wher...e you stop thru even if you're not getting a haircut. Sports, politics and more sports always the subject of conversation. But it's all about a consistently good haircut and Dwight the Barber is your man
