Fresh Start Cleaning

As we spoke about this already, but you wanted things done that weren't included in the 3 hour deep cleaning package such as cleaning behind the refrigerator, oven, and baseboards throughout your home, so that did take away from getting everything done in only three hours in a two story home. You said one of the bathrooms and two of the rooms weren't important if there wasn't enough time to get to them and that's exactly what happened, we put attention to the things you wanted taken care of and things that weren't included in the package. We were on our feet the whole three hours we were at your home and supplies were used that I can't get back, so no, I most definitely wasn't going to give you half the money back! And like I said before, your one bad review isn't going to affect me, I have one year doing cleanings and you are the first person to give a complaint ☺️ you said if I gave you half the money back you wouldn't post a bad review, blackmailing doesn't work with me, I could care less about doing business with someone like you.
