Pleasantly surprised. It was my first visit to this braider. She worked very quickly and gently. In pretty tender-headed but felt absolutely no tens...ion or pain from her braiding techniques. She had a chair in Legacy Kutz, so I was a little apprehensive about what the atmosphere in a barbershop would be like. I needn't have worried. Niya and the shop owner, Rob (?), were both very entertaining and professional. We engaged in several insightful conversations and I really enjoyed myself. Other than the music being a little too loud for me, the shop setting was very clean, comfortable and professional. I will return the next time I need braids. Show more

The music in the shop was a bit loud for me, which is my only negative. The staff were courtious and welcoming.
