Just unprofessional. Mind you this is my 2nd time giving a chance here.. I booked my appointment 2 weeks out for a baby shower approaching, just to re...ceive a message at 1am saying that 10am isn’t available? Like okay why at 1am and why not couple days before ? Then when I’m trying to get other times all that is said was 3pm is available? So you list on your website times you can but just to tell me none of the times are available and only 3? Like I tried to come at 10am before most people day even started and you telling me you can’t do that ? Mind you , wasn’t even going give a % off till she said if come at the times she wants she will , after agreeing to another time later … like thanks for ruining my cut for my son baby shower. I’ve been getting cut by her for about a year now and always had a good experience. I usually get my hair and beard cut for $45. I came in the last ti...me without a beard and It was advertised $35 for just a haircut but at the end of the cut she charged me $50. I didn’t realize the price difference until i just went back and checked my bank statement. Disappointed. Show more
