1000/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I gave her 1 star because the braids look nice. But Emily gets ZERO STARS for customer service! She’s rude, disrespectfu...l, and her site pricing is misleading. It’s all about the money even if that means misleading people with her starting price so that they book with her and then not informing them until they’ve arrived at the appointment that the price will be more. Don’t be fooled…her pricing isn’t the deal they appear to be on the site. Don’t make the same mistake I did, despite all of her bad reviews I gave her the benefit of the doubt for her good ones, but I experienced first hand that she does not care about the respect or satisfaction of her customers. It doesn’t matter how good of a braided she is, her lies, gaslighting, rudeness, and lack of care for her customers is probably the reason she has so much availability on her calendar…no one is returning back. I understand that there was a misunderstanding regarding the pricing, and I want to assure you that my intention was not to mislead you. I clearly explained to your daughter before starting the braids that the price would be more than $180 due to the length and size of the hair, and she agreed to proceed. I was happy to see that she was pleased with her hair, and I received many compliments on her beautiful braids. However, I was taken aback when you became upset over the phone, feeling that I was being rude. I simply stated the facts about the pricing, which was based on the services provided. I strive to be transparent and fair in my pricing, and the plus in front of the price indicates that it depends on the length, size, or design. As you know, she opted for waist-length braids, which is a significant factor in determining the price, and it's not comparable to shorter lengths like shoulder-length. I apologize if there was any confusion, but I hope you can understand my perspective. I value your feedback and would appreciate it if we could discuss this matter further to resolve any issues. She do good job on my 14 year old hair (cornrows) but don't understand costumer service. First she was very rude telling me if I am new at driving onl...y because I ask her to tell me exactly where her house is when my GPS stop at the STOP sign 🛑 and she keep fighting me saying that the stop 🛑 is in front of her house , second, she normally charged me $50 , I would always give her $60 but today after she asked me how much I wanted to pay and I didn't just take $50 out and tell her this is what you always charged me (for respect to her job not taking advantage of her) she told me $80 😳 from $50 to $80 and you didn't do anything different. I think mutual respect is very important to keep a client, if she go from $50 to $60 or $65 I would never have a problem, right now is hard for everyone. To bad she just lost a good client, I prefer to pay $80 somewhere else that doesn't trying to take advantage of me. Show more
