I had such a terrible experience. It was so disappointing because I used to really like this place. I’m waiting for them to call me back so I can go i...n and get my toenails re-polished. They look like a child did them. But the worst part is that the gentleman who did my pedicure was so rough… I cried out twice. I felt like he was in a hurry or something. He cut me in two different places on my toenail cuticle so that when he sprayed the alcohol before polishing, it stung so badly! I had a Groupon but they kept trying to upsell me. Made me uncomfortable. For some reason they did my nails and toes at the same time. It was so awkward and not at all relaxing. Paid way too much even though it was a groupon to have such a miserable experience. I think the business might be struggling… I was the only one in there. I tried to call back three times right after I left, but no one answered. Maybe they closed early. Edit: they reached out and invited me back for a polish change. I appreciate that effort. Show more

This is going to be longest and worst review I have ever written. I am the easiest going, don't sweat the small stuff person so you know my experience... was a nightmare for me to even take the time to type and post this saga online. Im not even joking when I say I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out and tell me I am being 'Punked' for 30 min strait. First, this place was dead when I called 4 salons prior that were all booked for whole day. That tells us that despite all these positive reviews, people know to avoid this salon. I was cut 3-4 times during pedi, all my nails were filed in different slanted shapes, no ingrown or cuticle cutting, but folks, that's not even the bad parts. I came in with gel and chrome on my nails, but I wanted regular polish today. I must have spent half the appointment arguing with the nail tech (presumably the owner) on how I please just want regular polish as gel tends to give me ingrowns. She literally puts gel on my toes and I stop her and say no thank you. I don't want gel. Unfortunately, if I wear gel for too long, I have had to literally have surgeries to remove them so its just not worth it and I can't do gel back to back. I then explain this has been the worst pedi I have had and my toes are throbbing from all the cuts and I really just want my regular polish and to go at this point. She has employees come and sit on the side of me by the door as security I guess and everyone pretends not to hear me say that this has been a negative experience and I please, please, please cannot have gel. She literally puts the gel on anyways and everyone is surrounding me dead silent. I booked my appt online through Booksy and the service was $34 before gel. I was charged $55. They said I can't pay wjth a card because their employee needs to run my card and hes gone and I need to wait for him to return. You must be kidding. I say I will pay over zelle or venmo. She literally watches me login to my bank and do entire transaction and I show her it was complete and for the amount etc and she makes me wait until she gets the email. Again, I dont worry about the little things, but I was treated so disrespectfully, was being surrounded, was forced into gel no matter what I said, and was charged pricing that was different from what was discussed. You truly cannot make this up. Please avoid this business. It is not a safe, clean, or ethical salon. Show more

I came in yesterday on the 4th of July for a refill, and had put in my notes I had two nails missing. My appointment was for 9am, I waited 25 minutes ...for my nail tech who I loved from the first time she did my set, I had an event to work Friday the 4th night, I wake up this am to not being rushed and notice A lot of bubbles and missed spots in my nails. Mind you I asked for a refill and color change and paid 80 dollars after my time waiting and still give a 14% tip. To later notice issues with my nails the next day and it’s not due to anything I did is just insane. I didn’t argue the amount but now looking at the online pricing I booked with $35 to $85 is a huge jump for two missing nails and a color change. I hope a manager reaches out because I will be stopping in about this . Check your pricing and don’t just pay and inspect your nails girls Show more

I have had three pedicures here. Each time I scheduled the appointment with “Apollo” through Booksey and this is the first time he was actually there ...to provide the service. The people who greet me at the salon apparently don’t speak English well enough as there has been confusion each time. This visit, I had to ask several times for Apollo (who later told me his name is Lucky (?)) and he wasn’t told I wanted the “Sweet Pedicure” (#2). I asked about the Hot Stone massage (my favorite part) as he started to apply the nail polish and that’s when it was determined he was incorrectly told level 1. He did give me the HS massage, but I didn’t get the sugar scrub. He did a great job despite the confusion, and shaped my weird nails very nicely. The man who takes payment at the end applied credits for the confusion and said Apollo recently changed his name to Lucky (?). I will likely go again, mostly because it’s convenient and I did like the job Apollo/Lucky did. Show more
