My son was upset because his friend re...ferred him here never ever coming here again! never going to recommend either !!! I have been a loyal customer for some time, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. It seems that appointments are not being respected, wit...h frequent rescheduling or changes without prior notice. On several occasions, I arrived for an appointment only to find a different barber assigned or faced long wait times beyond the scheduled slot. Additionally, the atmosphere in the shop has become less inviting. While the Turkish music adds a unique cultural touch, the volume can be excessive and distracting. When I first started coming here, Jafar’s services were known for being reasonably priced, efficient, and reliable. Unfortunately, it feels like the focus has shifted away from customer satisfaction as the business has grown. This lack of professionalism has impacted not just me but also my sons, who have experienced similar issues. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the service and restore the qualities that made this place stand out initially. Show more
