I have been getting my nails done for a long time now, and my most recent nail trip was probably the worst experience i’ve had. Yurema did my nails, s...he started an hour after my scheduled appointment time and rushed through the entire thing. I’m talking a hard gel fill done in 30 minutes. The french tips on each hand were so uneven, some of the nails were longer than others, i was devastated. I left and texted vivian regarding the experience and how upset i was. Vivian was amazing, understanding and apologized . Yurema after hearing i was unhappy was rude and unprofessional messaging me that “each manicurist works differently”. Vivian immediately wanted to fix any issues i had and apologized for everything, she made sure my nails came out perfect, she opened up on a sunday just so i could have my nails taken care of sooner than later. Vivian is honestly the best and has amazing customer service, this 5 star review is for her and her professionalism. I will continue to return to vivian for my future services. i am still very disappointed in yurema’s work and attitude. Show more
