This is my second time at this salon — the first experience was okay. There was minor issues with the nails but I overlooked it. The pricing is very r...easonable so it was alright. The second time — I specifically booked with Vivian the owner just because we have mutual people we both know and I wanted my nails done done. Booked for an acrylic set but was willing to pay whatever more for what I wanted originally. My appointment was changed an hour prior to my appointment from Vivian to another nail technician. I particularly felt that my appointment was pushed onto the next person so she could make a time slot to do her friend’s nails instead—so respectfully if my appointment that was made in advance would not be honored then what is the purpose of having Vivian an option when booking? Opted to keep nails simplistic cause I would be more upset if I spent more on nails that wasn’t up to expectations. Alannah did her best and I appreciated that. Listened to idea options and helped me pick—the nails are a cute French with sparkle. There was an incident where my nail was filed too short on the side and started bleeding and one nail is crooked but yet I took it as it is—I was more irritated at the whole schedule situation. At this point Alannah slayed. This salon has a cute name and is convenient but honestly it’s only a good salon if you’re in a crunch since they have plenty of availability but don’t expect to book with Vivian unless you’re if you’re bestie besties. Give the other girls a try—they actually do a good job tbh. Show more

I had my first pedicure experience with Yarilyz and I have to say that I was a really good pedicure. She paid attention to every detail. Asking me if ...I wanted to cut them or just file them, she made sure the color was what I liked and I have to say her massage was phenomenal.
