Needs to learn when people make appointments they don't want to wait 10 or 15 minutes because they're making the appointment because they have things ...to do too All it takes is a call to let somebody know you're going to be late has been late on numerous accounts had to actually call to make sure we had appointment sometime because she wouldn't show up bad communication

My apologies Kevin for running 10 minutes late into your appointment time while I was finishing up another client. I try my best to time appointments accurately. I understand what an inconvenience it can be. Although an apology doesn’t turn back time, I also am not going to allow people to speak to me the way you did while in my chair. Turning you away was my best option at the moment. I hope you understand my decision letting you go as a client.
