Courteous barber and great conversationalist; however, the cut didn't come out as intended. I asked for medium to high fade. This ended up being a lop...sided cut when I went home and really saw. I think he was being conservative not to go too short and play safe on a new customer. I spoke with Jose over the phone, he took time off on Sunday to fix the haircut. Exceptional customer service and great staff. Cut looks great. Highly recommend this place. Genuinely skilled barbers at the shop. I recommend Jose or Eric. Show more
