Yesterday was my first time getting my hair cut with Hazel. She did a great job asking and understanding what I was looking for as a finished haircut ...outcome before starting. She gave me great feedback and input on her thoughts around the best outcome and haircut for me. She took her time abd asked throughout the haircut my thoughts. When I was was dine, I had a great looking, slightly new style, haircut. It looked great! I have already booked my next two appointments with her!

My son enjoyed his hair cut. She did a great job. Service was not good. We had an appointment for 6pm and she never got started until 6:18. A few minu...tes late is understandable almost 20 minutes late is not okay we were late for pitching practice because she was late. While my son was in her chair She had a client walk in and when asked was told he was there to see Hazel. She told my son it will only take a minute She needed to just shave his neck!!! This was not okay!!!! He is a client…. My son deserves her time…RESPECT. Was not impressed. Probably will not be back.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am glad he liked his haircut, though I’m sorry the timing was frustrating. I did run behind because I had some unexpected additional care the client before needed. I wasn’t aware he had practice afterward, and I stayed a bit past his scheduled time to make sure he received the full experience and the style he wanted. I'm sorry about the quick neck trim and will take that into consideration moving forward. I appreciate any feedback!
