I’ve gotten my haircut here three times now and has always been fantastic! I’ve gotten so many people tell me the cut looks great and ask where I go. ... I’m the kind of person that used to drive 45 min to a barber I liked so I’ve been pretty nervous about finding a spot after moving to Charlotte. I’ve spent lots of time looking at google reviews and looking up Reddit threads for suggestions so lucky I found This place and Luis is my go to guy. He always does an awesome job, highly recommend. Giving Luis a 3 star not to be petty, however I know he will improve on the upcoming customers. Got my appointment confirmed, got there early, but Lui...s kept doing previous customers’ hair past my appointment time. After waiting 15 minutes, I left he texted saying he have not accepted my appointment, but here I am reviewing the not happened haircut. Anyways, I encourage customers to book him but this is just a teachable moment to communicate well with the customers for Luis Show more
