Would NOT recommend!!! Stylist confirmed appointment the morning of the service. She was supposed to arrive at my home at 1PM and NEVER SHOWED UP. Pho...ne calls and text messages were sent and 6 hours later still no communication. This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I understand emergencies happen and unfortunate circumstances do occur but that does not excuse absence of communication. Will never book again even despite good service reviews.

Sorry I had went into the emergency room I passed out like I texted when I was able I had to get a iron transfusion I'm 28 weeks pregnant at the moment it literally all happened last minute as soon as I new me and my baby was well I texted . I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused you but I wasn't just not responding I couldn't at the time

I am removing these TODAY! I want to make it clear she was nice and funny and I always want to support black businesses but she braided with way to mu...ch tension and gel you can see the tension bumps and the hair literally being torn by the follicles! I’ve gotten my hair braided so many times and have never encountered this. Her braiding space was so messy, hair everywhere and dirty. Considering how aggravated my scalp is I doubt tools were disinfected. She also left halfway through our appointment for like 45 minutes. I feel like she was definitely stretching a pack of hair because my braids looks very boneless! I asked her to curl the ends too and she didn’t. In the end I kind of just gave up because I had already been there for a while because of her leaving. I wanted to badly to give her the benefit of the doubt because it looks great even despite that. But I’m disappointed in this unprofessional and unsanitary experience :(
