A couple of things here; this hair type was very fine and very long and bone straight. The first request was two strand twists, which with this texture and density will come out thin unless hair extensions are added, which I pointed out I don't currently offer. I was asked to do the twists anyway, which I did. The next visit I was shown the previous style and asked to change to box braids and to have more of them, which means the sections are going to be smaller. This is the first I'm hearing any reference to Coolio. And there is a mirror directly opposite my chair so I usually don't show progress unless asked, but definitely will going forward. Lastly, upon arrival, the hair was in a tangled pony with product that appeared to be a very strong hair spray. I spent a great deal of time untangling the hair trying to not cause further breakage because the hair is so fine. This could have been avoided had the hair been washed and detangled prior to the appointment.
