Appt was booked for 5, got a notification in email saying 530, cool no problem with that. (Good thing I check my emails often) walked in at 529p. She'...s in the middle of doing a client sew in. I waited but didn't get in the chair until 630. Also I did bring the wig in 3 days prior to my appt and she bleached the knots in between while she was doing other girl hair. Didn't even apologized or nothing, very nonchalant. Why make policies on your booking page and charge people extra fees, when you can't get right yourself. Horrible experience to say it was my first time. Show more
