Had me wait around 40 minutes and when I was about to leave, said her previous client drove a long way so she wanted to do all the services for her. S...he initially said 20 minute delay when I arrived and after 40 minutes, I decided to leave. I also drove a long way but made an appointment 3 days ahead of time. I never got a text or call saying she was running late prior to arriving. She seems pleasant but this was not professional for the services and time wasted.
