3 stars for providing a decent haircut to my 10 year old. That’s the positive. Here’s the negative. Anthony was rude to my wife. She was trying to g...et both kids’ haircut before Thanksgiving. We booked two cuts on the app hoping we may be able to get both done at the same time. When that wasn’t possible, my wife asked if we could cancel the 2nd appt and get a cut with a barber that was waiting for FCFS. Anthony said go ahead, and then went on to say how he has people waiting weeks to book with him. I booked 2 slots 2 days prior, so get a grip pal. Then I wake up this AM to see that he charged us the $42 cancellation fee. Ha, so he double dipped the time slot. I’ve been coming to Norwell clipper for 12 years, known Nick and Chuck since before they owned the business, and this is the worst experience we have ever had. I know barbers don’t want to do kids cuts, but have a bit of decency when you’re serving a dedicated local clientele. Show more

Eric, I am so sorry that this happened. The app automatically charges if the appointment is cancelled within 3 hours. I have issued you a refund, and would like to offer free haircuts to both boys. I am very sorry if a came across as rude or was rude to Andrea, it was a busy and stressful day, which is no excuse. I am so sorry that this was the experience you had and that this is not how I conduct my business.
