The pedicure was good but not the manicure (which is what everyone sees- your hands) was not. The manicure finish was cracked with spaces between the ...cuticle/ nail bed and gel polish. It looked like my nail had started to grow- it just did not look like a fresh manicure. I asked the nail tech why it didn’t look smooth and fresh like the pictures then I realized the nails on the portfolio were acrylics and had a powder finish but my nails were natural so the nail tech couldn’t give me the same fresh smooth look. She said she would have to get the powder for next time but there won’t be a next time for me. There was a language barrier as well and I didn’t get the service I booked for which included nail art. It sucks paying for service you’re not completely happy with. The nail tech was nice but it just wasn’t enough - the quality of the work unfortunately is what matters. Show more
