⭐️ 1 out of 5 (wish I could give zero) I had heard great things about Frankie from friends and was genuinely excited for my first haircut. With twin ...daughters at home, my time is extremely limited and valuable to me… meaning any extra time I have I want to be with my girls, so I was glad to be able to book a post-work appointment—even if it meant rushing a bit to get there. I arrived five minutes early. Frankie was finishing up with a client, and when he came out around 7 minutes past my scheduled time (totally fine and typical with any haircut), he confirmed my name and told me to “give him a second” and that he’d be right back. That was no problem—I appreciated the communication and assumed he’d be back shortly… because that’s what he said. But five minutes turned into ten. Then fifteen. Then twenty. Thirty. Forty-five. I was still sitting there, waiting—alone in his shop—with absolutely no update. I texted him multiple times. I called. I just wanted to know if I should keep waiting or reschedule. No answer. No response at all. All I needed was basic communication. If he wasn’t coming back, he could’ve just told me. Instead, I wasted an hour of my evening—time I could’ve spent with my children—sitting in silence, thinking at any moment he’d return. Eventually, I gave up and stepped outside. As I was leaving the parking lot, I saw Frankie walking from a different part of the lot—nowhere near the shop—heading toward a white Cadillac. I approached him and asked what was going on. He didn’t even recognize me, slurred his words, and clearly wasn’t in a sober or professional state. Still no apology. No ownership. No explanation. Just complete dismissal. Later, instead of apologizing, Frankie texted me something to the effect of “good luck finding a fade in Charlottesville” and told me he’d never cut my hair. Frankie owns this business. What happened was unprofessional, irresponsible, and frankly, bizarre. I would never recommend anyone waste their time here. If this is how he treats a brand-new client, I can only imagine what the bar is once you’re no longer new. Show more

Never met this guy untill he walked straight up to me and told me off like he knew me.. regardless of the issues I was dealing with I would have more the compensated your cut for that day or any future appointments. anybody that's dealt with me knows customer service comes first you didn't even give me a chance for that you literally walked up to me in the middle of the parking lot and told me about myself, my reaction to you was more than polite and I'm glad you took the few minutes you can have away from your kids to write this message thank you I hope you do find a great fade in Charlottesville and if you ever need a referral for a good Barber just let me know
