I like to have one barber and stick to them. I always tip $10 and up ALWAYS so I’m spending$65 to $70 every time I get a cut. but it’s almost impossi...ble trying to stick with kristo .his cuts are alright but his customer service and communication skills are horrible. On different occasions I called severally and he doesn’t answer or return calls/texts ever. I’ve been dealing with his inconsistency for a year but today was the last straw. yes I was 10 mins late but I texted and let him know beforehand. I showed up my 12:00 appointment at 12:10 and he was no were to be found . Called him severally and he replied an hour later after cashing out the money I paid with saying ‘we have to reschedule’ after making me sit there from 12:10 to 1:00. I asked him when he wants to reschedule for but until this moment 2:00pm he hasn’t responded and I’m sitting in his shop. Hes bad business and does not value his loyal clients. I will be Filing a fraudulent dispute with my bank to get my prepaid amount back . He thinks he’dcome up on a free $30 deposit and not have to do anything for it . But he’s 20 years old so I don’t blame him for thinking that’s a smart decision in the long run. Good luck on your carrier Show more
