Excellent pedicure by Kim, wished I could say the same for the guy that did my manicure, took about 5 minutes, zero filing, clear polish, walked out w...ith a hang nail, not cleaned, no lotion, BUT full price for manicure and removal of dip to the sum total of $88! I have decided to no longer accept charges for anything that does not have an itemized bill and clearly defined service. This was about poor quality, half-hearted work at FULL PRICE! Never again.

Update: I tried to get this visit refunded as I was not able to return to the salon and needed my nails redone while I was out of town. No one I spoke... with over the phone could understand me and just told me to keep calling back different days. I guess I am out the $50 I paid plus the tip I left. Originally I loved my nails and thought the salon was great! I got a new set of Gel-X nails around 3/4pm on Christmas Eve. I went home later that night to wrap Christmas presents and one of my pinky nails popped right off. I figured this was a one off and ignored it- Christmas Day the pinky finger on my right hand also popped off as well as my middle finger on my right hand. Luckily I was able to buff the nail and glue them on for now, but this is not what I expected in my first 24 hours. I have had GelX on my nails religiously for about 1 year and this was my first time at this salon. I normally keep my nails on for about 3 weeks at a time before I have any issues. I was not rough on these at all and wish they were better as this salon is more convenient for me to go to than my normal salon.

Hi Regina, I am so sorry for this happened. Our gel X usually last for up to 3 weeks. There maybe something wrong with our LED light that the nails didnt cure enough. Would you please come back so we can re-do it for you at no cost . thank you very much.
