Spa Pedicure Acrylic Full Set with Gel Color

This is my sixth time going to the salon and it was a bad experience. The1st-4th times prior to this, i had a good experience. After my 5th visit, my... gel toe polish came off completely after three days. I contacted the salon and they agreed to comp my pedicure at my next service. When I arrived to my sixth service, I was met with scrutiny and was told that I could be comped for only a portion of the pedicure. Though it felt bad to have my integrity doubted, I can afford pedicures, so that’s not my issue. The actual issue is the ongoing rudeness of the gentleman who did my mani/pedi. First off, he was the c ring leader of the doubt around their failed pedicure. Secondly, he outright accused me of not washing my hands well when he discovered some discoloration in my nail bed— even though I am a medical professional and I wash my hands frequently and thoroughly multiple times per day. In addition to this, a coat of polish did not take well during his manicure and he blamed me for not placing my fingers under the gel light correctly, though the machine was clearly faulty. Please believe that I am not one to complain, because my time is much better spent in other ways, however, I cannot responsibly standby and let others be treated this way. I can handle a wide range of personalities given my career, but I have to say that this was the absolute worst CustomerService I have ever experienced at a supposedly relaxing establishment. I thought I had found a home for my manicure and pedicure, especially since they are one of a few open on Sundays, but I will never go back. Show more
