Hello Linda, I’m sorry you feel this way. I take pride in being reliable and communicating clearly with all clients, so I was surprised by your comments. I checked my schedule and messages and did not have any last-minute cancellations or no-shows for your appointment. That last appt I don't recall being "a half hour" late but I was running late coming back from my lunch due to traffic. I also take sanitation and technique seriously, so if there was any irritation after your child’s haircut, I wish it had been mentioned so I could address it immediately. Everybody's skin sensitivity is different some being more sensitive than others, it may have been red and irritated from pressing down a little too hard but I dontdon't recall cutting the skin. I appreciate your business over the years and am always willing to talk directly to clear up any misunderstandings.
