She was 40 min late. I wasn’t upset she had great conversation but she fucked up my hair. I brought two separate packages of hair 26” inch and 20”. Sh...e didn’t ask me what length I wanted my hair. She just started working with the 20” hair and by the time she turned the chair around, it was too late. My appointment was for medium box braids I paid 175 for about 16 LARGE box braids that are only 20”. I asked for her to leave some of my babyhairs out the way she did them can be seen in the photo of me immediately after my appointment ended up taking them out! She was clearly rushing and it shows in my hair. Nice lady though. Show more

I booked Kayy for my son’s first day of school, which also happened to be picture day. Excellent customer service! I texted her the day before the app...ointment with a few questions, and she promptly responded. Kayy braided my son’s hair pretty fast. The braids are so neat and clean.
