My son is special needs. We showed up 15 minutes before our appointment time he was running behind. I asked him how much longer it would take him befo...re we could be seen. He said about 20 more minutes at that point my son was getting extremely antsy it was already 40 minutes over appointment timewe ended up leaving. Show more
