Very painful experience most of my hair was brushed out and thinned after getting home I realized I lost about 35-40% of my volume. Scalp is sore I ha...ve went into other salons that were specialist and they have been able to detangle my natural curly hair without taking the majority of it out with brushing technique. Regardless of my color, a specialist would be able to maintain and save my hair instead of thinning it out In this way. Blaming me for maintenance Isn’t a reason to damage it even more. Not gentle at all. Most stylist have used deep conditioning with heat process for detangling and I have never lost this much hair. My hair does need to be cut but I will be finding my regular stylist who tames my hair correctly to do so.
