I apologize for not meeting your expectations. As a barber we expect children to move around a bit. Your son did a good job being still for most of the cut, however, during the line-up, he made a quick movement directly towards the trimmers which made his edge wider than it should have been. You have been issued a full refund for the inconvenience.
