Hey! I already spoke to you on why I was late and i apologied multiple times for that so that i take full accountability for! Your son came in with a prior style take down that’s still had matted twist in his hair that i had to detangle before washing, Which is not included. I did not charge you extra nor say i was going to charge extra nor did I complained I just informed you what took soo long because you were on a time crunch, Also you told me you had somewhere to be and I told you I would not finish in time you still said That’s fine. While washing i asked the person What size & stated "i don't know "small/medium" "not big/not small" So my apologies if they aren't to your liking size because they are med. You received a discount for me being late not his hair being tangled , right when i finished the person there asked me to Add on a style which i did not charge you. Again my apologies for any inconveniences that i have caused. Thank you ❤️❤️
