Barber and I had an issue where I booked while he was having an emergency. He refunded the deposit 2 days later and apologized. He also offered to sti...ll cut my hair but I had already got it done. I appreciate his humility and follow through to rectify the situation. Things happen and big businesses can take 3-5 days to refund so I won’t hold him to a higher standard than big corporations. I have never gotten cut by him but I am willing to try again based off his reviews, pictures, and positive solution to a situation that was out of both of our controls. Show more
