Changes times a lot, last second or is late often. And not just like 2-3 minutes late. Didn’t go to this appointment as it happened again.. he pushed ...it back 2 times actually in the same morning as I was on my way there. Does great work but not really reliable especially to the times you have scheduled.

I've been at this Barbershop before and both times I was very satisfied with my service, but a part of being a good business is sticking to your word ...and not missing appointments after you have confirmed. That's the second time this has happened. That's not how you treat your customers who are the life of you business.

I went to my scheduled appointment at 10:15 and Alex wasn’t there. Lights were off, door was locked. Waited for 15 minutes and he was a no-show!! We r...ushed to get there so I’m a little bit disappointed!! Also he confirmed the appointment before hand on the app.
