I didn’t have a good first impression. Luis was 10 minutes late without notifying me. However he showed up and got the job done. I had 2 boys haircuts.... They were supposed to only take 35 minutes each. My first son’s haircut started at 10:10 and we didn’t get done with both of them until 12:20. The haircuts were VERY GOOD(quite impressed) but very long for a 6 yr old and 8 yr old. I would’ve given 4 stars if there was communication about him being late. Show more
