Braid girl was so sweet and very accommodating especially because I am tender headed. My head only hurt in the sensitive spots for a short time but sh...e really was gentle and effective at catching all my short hair. She also gave a really good consultation to help me find the right color match for my salt and pepper hair. She has a large variety of colors to choose from as well.
