Not the best experience, she never answered her phone or gave me her address at all, I am 2 hours away from her. My appointment was at 9am, I texted h...er at 7:30 letting her I was on my way and never got any replies. I got there a bit before texting her I am around the area calling her to get her address still no reply. I as well called her, went straight to voicemail. I had full cash which I was completely with, would’ve been nice getting at least a text that she would not be servicing me. Not saying she is a bad person her work looks amazing just not great to drive 2 hrs away from home to go to my appointment that I was going to pay all the 300 all in cash Show more

Realistically speaking, there was no deposit set in place on your end so regardless, there was no appointment, I am not obligated to show up for anybody who does not abide by policy, respectfully you can be mad all you want, also my phone was dead this morning which is why your calls were not going through
