At B BLENDZ, I pride myself on providing a private, luxury experience. To ensure every client receives quality service and time, please review the following studio policies: ⸻ 📅 Appointments Only • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. • Please arrive 5 minutes early to relax and prepare for your session. • NO EXTRA GUESTS ⸻ ⏳ Late Arrival Policy • A $5 fee will be added to your total for every 5 minutes you are late. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, your deposit forfeited, and you’ll need to reschedule. • Late arrivals may not receive full service time to avoid delays for the next client. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Show Policy • A 36-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 36 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and will result in being banned from the booking site. ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all loc services and goes toward your total. • Remaining balance is due at checkout. • Accepted payment methods: • Cash (no additional fee) • Zelle • Tap Pay • All non-cash payments include a 3.7% processing fee. ⸻ 🧼 Studio Etiquette • To maintain the relaxing, private atmosphere: • No extra guests or children unless they are receiving services. • Please arrive with clean hair free of heavy products or buildup (haircut and braid services).
