This said, 4 stars do not indicate a need fo...r improvement -- I approve of my haircut and experience 100%. Upon my first visit (and it won't be my last) you were personable, and new exactly what to do with my "disappearing" hair. I gave brief instructions which you followed to the letter. And your colleagues were engaging and interesting to talk to. Keep up the good work, I will return.
