Grace did a phenomenal job wrangling my 4b natural hair into beautiful, clean, perfectly-sectioned twists. She did a great job washing and blow drying... my hair beforehand. She also gave me helpful advice and guidance in deciding which style to go with and how to best care for it. She said that the style should last at least 3 weeks, but based on her handiwork I’m betting it will go for longer. She was responsive and transparent during the booking process. Her pricing was fair, and she was very punctual. I found her to be sweet and personable as well. Would definitely book with her again! Show more

I paid before my hair was even done, trusting that I’d receive what I asked for, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I requested 6 cornrows (whic...h is listed at $130), but was given 4 braids instead. I showed a reference photo, but I clearly stated I wanted 6 braids. No one confirmed the change or asked if that was okay. Then I was charged the full $130, even though the price for 4 braids is listed as $90. I was later told it was because my hair was blow-dried—but that was never mentioned or approved beforehand. I didn’t find out until after I asked about the pricing. I was only refunded $20, so I still overpaid for a style I didn’t ask for. The lack of communication and transparency was really disappointing. If you book here, be sure to ask for the final price up front and confirm the style verbally, even if you show a photo. I personally wouldn’t return based on this experience. Show more
